The test sample is inserted into the rectangular base of fixed dimensions and cut through the multiple sheets of the upper device. Manufacture in stainless steel.There are four (4) models available:KRAMER-70-P-10-3-3 with 10 sheets of 3 mm thickness each and 3 mm of space between sheet and sheet, base size 70×70 mm
KRAMER-70-P-10-3-1 with 10 sheets of 3 mm thickness each and 1 mm of space between sheet and sheet, base size 70×70 mm
KRAMER-120-P-9-5-7 with 9 sheets of 5 mm thickness each and 7 mm of space between leaf and sheet, size of the base 120×120 mm
KRAMER-120-P-9-5-1 with 9 sheets of 5 mm thickness each and 1 mm of space between leaf and sheet, size of the base 120×120 mm
These test cells are mainly used to test foods that are formed by multiple particles such as fruits, vegetables, beans, peas, cereals, etc. A compression – extrusion and cutting test is performed where an average value is required.
The test cell consists of two parts, the lower one is a deposit of fixed dimensions and the lower part of 9 or 10 cutting blades that match the grooves of the base in the lower part.
