This probe is used to test the spreadability of food products such as butter, margarine, butter, spreadable cheese creams, spreadable chocolate or cocoa creams and patés, as well as EXTENSIBILITY in Cosmetic Creams.
The Test Kit consists of a lower flat base (56 mm Ø aluminum support plate) that can accommodate the pots with the samples to be tested,
3 independent sample holder pots manufactured in MAKROLON (transparent plastic) and a superior probe in conical shape of 90º with a
superior base of 30 mm in diameter (see sketch)
